Hi All our lovely Gym Kids families

We hope that you are all doing ok during this latest lockdown. Over the previous lock downs we have created a series of workouts for you. Thanks to our wonderful web developers we are now able to offer these to you from our website.

All you need to do is log into your account and you will see a little film strip icon titled RESOURCES. Click on the icon to see the content that we have loaded for your class.

Our coaching team have been preparing video's for you of level 1, 2, 3 & 4 competition beam and floor routines. We will be loading these next week for you to work on at home.
